Café Bigotes & 9128 Studio

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026.

Who we are and scope

Agustin Paz, an independent developer operating under the 9128 Studio brand, is responsible for 9128 Studio and the processing of data under his control. He develops Café Bigotes, a café management game with cats. You can contact us about privacy at privacidad@9128studio.com.ar and for support at soporte@9128studio.com.ar.

This policy describes the 9128 Studio website and the current Android test versions of Café Bigotes. The game is in development and its advertising integration is being tested. Before distributing a public version, we will update this information to reflect its final features and providers.

Your saved game and preferences

The game stores progress, cafés, in-game coins and tickets, language and sound preferences, and a local record of advertising benefits on your device. These are used to continue your game and avoid applying a reward twice.

The current versions do not require a player account and do not synchronise saved games with a 9128 Studio server. We do not ask for your name, email address or password to play. We do not include features that request contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

You can delete local data through Android application settings. This deletes the saved game and its preferences. Backups made by the operating system depend on your device settings and services.

Advertising and Google services

The Android tests integrate Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Rewarded ads are voluntary. We currently use test ads; there is no active public monetisation or enabled real-money purchasing.

These services may process your IP address—which can be used to estimate an approximate location—device or advertising identifiers—such as the Android advertising ID and App Set ID—and, depending on the SDK version and configuration, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device; they may also process interactions with the application or ads, and diagnostic data. They are used to serve and measure ads, maintain the service and prevent fraud. The specific information depends on the SDK version, configuration, device and applicable privacy choices. Test ads may also make network requests.

Game progress is not sent to Google as a copy of your saved-game files. We do not include a 9128 Studio analytics tool in these versions. This does not exclude measurement and diagnostic data processed by the advertising SDKs.

Google processes the data it receives according to its policies and service configuration. See its privacy policy and Next-Gen SDK data information and classic (Legacy) SDK data information. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Privacy options and children

Café Bigotes is intended for an audience that includes children, teenagers and adults. Age and advertising configuration for the public version is still being prepared. The existence of this page does not mean that this configuration is already complete or that private tests constitute a public version for children.

Test versions query the UMP service before requesting ads and may provide access to its privacy options when the service requires it. Public consent messages have not yet been configured. We do not interpret the absence of a form as general permission to use data.

You can manage or delete the advertising identifier through Android privacy settings, depending on the system version. A responsible adult can contact us with questions about a child's data.

Retention, security and changes

We limit features and services to those needed for the game and website. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will publish changes to this policy here with their date and, when a change requires it, provide the appropriate notice or mechanism within the application.
